Racial profiling does not prevent terrorist acts because it fails to detect ALL terrorists. Backed up with "evidence" that ONE 16-year old piece of shit palestenian strapped a bomb to herself and managed to kill herself and a security guard.
Let's once again point out that:
i. She did not manage to hijack a plane, and
ii. She was not the subject of any extended security search (such as at an airport) whereby "profiling" could have been used to detect her intentions.
iii. Her being a piece-of-shit smelly palestenian whore did trigger her being "profiled" which, in turn, caused her to be intercepted by the security guard and preventing a much larger tragic loss of innocent life.
Furthermore, if profiling prevents even one terrorist act, then it has worked.
(BTW, the premise behind profiling is that no one has access to or knowledge of all the specific traits being profiled so that they are unable to avoid being "profiled".)
As for your already being a "practicing" attorney:

First--I passed the BAR the first time, pretty easy too. But, that's not the issue, the issue is the unconstitutionality and ineffectiveness of racial profiling, two matters which you have miserably failed to make a case for.
Second--It must get tiring being so wrong about matters that effect your world, your fellow men. And, I'm disappointed that you still haven't mastered the skill of fact gathering and critical thinking. Don't despair, RyanH to the rescue again--- I'll provide the accurate facts--- 3 died and 20 were seriously injured. While you may not consider this substantial injury, Israel and the rest of the world certainly does. While you devalue the lives of three people, injuries to others, and economic harm to businesses, the rest of the world mourns.
Remember, false information is ubiquitous; enough exists without your contributions.
Third, my central premise is not necessarily what this young Palestinian did or did not accomplish with her act. Instead, the real issue is that terrorists will always find other ways to inflict terror. Palestinian women are as desperate as palestinian men and they, of course, have their own allies to their cause. Believing that racial profiling at our airports will effectively prevent terrorism not only violates our constitutional principles, it risks our health, safety, and welfare. Unfortunate that you lack respect for our Constitution, a document that so many of your fellow-Americans have given their lvies for.
Fourth--There is no reason for you to harbor such severe animosity towards Palestinians. While the suicide bombings committed by some of its people, are unfortunate and should be highly condemned, it is the only route for many desperate Palestianians. The Israelis have grossly oppressed the Palestinian people, and because of Israeli many Palestinians have inadequate food, water, and healthcare. If you grow up without hope, usually one has nothing to lose.
Fifth---the Palestianians will have a state someday. If anything, the world is more on Arafat's side that Sharon's. Sharon has exposed himself to be exactly what he is---an aggressor with no intentions at making peace. His only goal is to murder more Palestianians and to even murder Arafat. Let him---Afafat will then be a martyr--a terrifying result for Israel.
I suspect that you are deeply upset because much of the world has had enough of Israeli aggession towards the Palestinian people. So long as Israel oppresses Palestinians, denies them their rightful territories, and treats them with nothing but disdain and disrespect, the world will continue to impugn Israel and you will witness more and more violence.
Violence begets violence, Israel ought to remember that.
6th--if you really are, in fact, a Doctor, I hope your patients never experience your anger, particulary while under your "care".
