This may be a real dumb question, but does anyone have any tips/tricks on getting onto a decline bench with dumbells heavy enough that you cannot curl them. I had an embarassing experience trying to get on while holding them and the whole bench fell forward. I've made several attemps getting them off the floor once I'm on the bench, but that ends in disaster as well. Theres not always someone around competent enough to hand them to me. Thanks.
