Db benover row

i don't see why not, as long as you are feeling it in your back. when i do db rows, usually i just lean over and use the weight rack as leverage.

I do it on an incline bench facing down with both dumbells. No lower back strain. Funny I ordered a supported row machine last August and still have`nt received it. Damn... gotta make a phone call.

Doesn't that hurt your balls?
Do you keep the bench at a 135 degree angle?

Ordered the back machine from La placa`s fitness in Pompton Plains, NJ. 2 months after I ordered it, No machine... I called back and was like wtf? "Oh ok I`ll send it out". 2 month`s after that they called me and said "It`s been sitting here waiting for you" lol. So I went to the place to pick it up (it`s alittle drive from my house) and they said "we don`t have it" but the lady felt bad that I drove there and they did`nt have it so she said "we`ll deliver it to your house NO CHARGE SHIPPING. OK sounds good. 2 months later I get a credit card bill for the machine. but no machine lol I called the credit card co. and they sent them a stop payment letter or something. So La FITNESS CALLED ME BACK and said "OK we`ll send it out now, we thought you got it already." THAT was about 3-4 months ago. No machine yet. thus the incline bench rows.

Just dug up the receipt. October 20, 2002 damn

I have the bench on a 45 degree angle or lower and don`t sit on the seat. I just let my chest/upper body rest on the bench.
