Day three-DNP cycle

DNP CYCLE DAY THREE



Day one 400mg uneventful
Day two 400mg uneventful
Day three will do 400 mg and if no significant change, body heat, etc..
I will increase to 600 mg per day on day four.

Stats: 50 years old, 158#, 11 percent body fat- not training with weights through out this DNP cycle, simply doing cardio, legs and abs.
 
Not training with weights, just legs? Legs are like the hardest work out there is or at least they should be if you are doing them right.
 
5'5" tall,

Not training upper body because I tore my bicepts tendon.

Doc laid down the law, told me to stay out of the gym until the tendon heals, I compromised and started a dnp cycle, and can do cardio, abs and legs, just no upper body.
 
Day Four of DNP at 400mg per day. Still no increase in body temp. I actually laid out in the sun today on the beach and only mildly sweatec. Trained Chest and Bi's today, was actually a little stronger, got 2 extra reps on the incline bench.

My Girlfriend did tell me that I felt warm last night, that is why she didn't sleep as close as she normally does.

Still taking Ripped Fuel during the day and maintaining a low carb / high protein diet.

Tempted to get on the scale but wondering if I should.

Maybe I should add some of that Cutting Gel to my abs. :D

Doing my cardio each day by swimming in the pool.

Big Question is does DNP increase vascularity or does it just drop over all body weight?
