I would count that its just abs and a little cardio, when I play football and practiec on the field and dont work out that day, I count that as a rest day.
reason i ask is i currently work out muscle groups mon-fri with saturday and sunday off.
Im finding that from wed on im feeling flat and no energy at the gym (finished cycle 8 weeks ago). However im starting a run of sarms s4 on monday so want to increase the cardio to re comp.
Was thinking of throwing in the wednesday as a non weights day. Just do cardio (40 min walk) or (20min HIIT) and a little abs.
Dont want to waste a day as a complete rest while on Sarms to burn some bf. thoughts???
By day 3 of hitting the weights in a row I'm absolutely toast in the gym. Pros like Dorian Yates would workout 2 on 1 off and for good reason, it's too taxing to be killing it everyday in the gym no matter how much gear you're on.
