day five on dnp...........................

well it is day five, frist 2 days i was only doing 200mg every 16 hours and then bumped it up to 200mg every 12 hours
i started to feel the dnp working about 48-72 hours after the first cap.
the states before i started were 176 about 11%bf 5'10
today:
174 but i am holding water like a mother,
one more thing started 25mcg of t-3 yesterday moring and the appetite went way up...
it was hard to stay away from the carbs when you are always hungry

I will be starting a cycle as soon as the gear arrives.

Stats: 5'5", 160#, 11%BF, 50 years old.

Plan on 400 mg days 1-2
600 mg days 3-10

High protien, low carb, low fat, low calorie diet.

Cardio, but not lifting until the cycle ends.

What are your BF goals?:)
 
600mg a day, wow
have fun but you really might not need to do that much, if you do mack sure to stay on the 400mg for atleast 3 days to see how things go
 
Ok thanks, I stay on 400 mg per day and see how it goes, I intend to post my daily updates and ask for feed back like yours.

I would like to train, but have torn biceps tendon, and though this would be an excellent time for a 10 day DNP, kick ass cardio cycle. Let my arm heal.

Is this your first DNP cycle?
 
yes this is my first DNP cycle, of the five day i have only trained two days of that, not because i don't want to but, i started to put a room in the basement, so i have been working on that shit for like 5-8 hours a day
and let me tell you something their is no need to sweat as much as me.
will hit the gym today for about 40min, and do some arms.
just take it day bye day you will do fine
