Day After Drunk

Does anyone have a specific routine for the day after ... this is not a "how do I cure my hangover" thread ... but rather a "how do I get my body back to my normal diet and training thread.

Do you need more carbs after crunk? Obviousely water and re-hydrating yourself is of big concern, anything else guys?

I have read that a meal high in sodium allong with alot of water will help hydrate your body, with the quicks.
 
HANG OVERS ARE MOSTLY CAUSED BY DE-HYDRATION...
SOOO A BIG GLASS OF WATER BEFORE BED DOSE WONDERS...
ALSO IF YOU GET UP ALOT AT NIGHT LIKE ME JUST MAKE SURE YOU GET WATER EVERY TIME YOUR UP....
 
Alcohol basically robs your brain of sugar and water and that's what causes the headaches, etc, associated with a hangover. Usually some water and a candy bar or something high in sugar will help you get back on your feet.
 
I eat a lemon peronally before going to sleep as well as after waking up, it really helps IMO. Not to mention the constant water and carb meals. Anyways it will mess you up, now that I have a lump in my chest I can really feel the drop in testosterone levels the day after. It hurts!
 
ALA is the closest I have been able to come to a hangover cure. It really helps flush out the byproducts from your liver after the alcohol is processed so you dont get that 'poisoned' feeling the next day. I like the 600 mg ALA by NOW. I usually take one before I start drinking, one before bed and one in the morning if needed. (along with as much h2o as possible)
