Day 2, dnp 200mg with E/C

Took 200mg this morning with some coffein, didn't eat much because was late for work. Walked 30minutes to work and began sweating a bit. Lunch time I took 25mg ephedrine with 200mg coffein. Also ate a lot of carbs. 30 minutes after lunch hell broke lose! I'm sweating like a pig right now, and I LIKE IT! My urin smells like HELL! Strange smell... After work I will walk 30 minutes to the gym for a 40minutes work out. I'm eating 4g protein/kg BW right now. I just LOVE this stuff!!
 
How much do you weigh and what's your calorie intake at now?

I started dnp last night, took 200 mg (crystal) at about 8 pm. Didn't feel much, but about 2 hours later I think I was getting warmer (or maybe my mind was fucking with me).

I did sweat more in the gym this morning, and I have clamy feeling now. Going to do my 2nd dose tonight. I also started eca this morning (haven't done it in a while), damn, I forgot how wired it makes me feel.

My call intake is 3600 a day with around 350 protien, 400 carbs, and the rest fat. I weigh 220 right now, with 9 days until I start clomid (at the end of a cycle now).
 
About 3000-3200cals. 350g protein, 350g carbs, rest fat(not much..).

3200 = 100%
1400 = 43.7% 1056
1400 = 43.7%
400 = 12.6%

Will go down to 3g protein / kg soon, and bump the carb intake to 56-57%:


Total: 3000 Cals
Protein: 1060 cals = 35.3%
Carbs: 1700 cals = 56.7%
Fat: 240 cals = 8%

Only cardio I will be doing is a walk to work each morning on an empty stomach(protein drink before walk..)(eat at work). And another walk back from work. About 30 minutes each walk.

This Is my second "cut up" week. Last week I did clen at 100mcg and lost about 1-1 ½% bf, thought It went to fast, but today I had gained (5kg)10.4lb on my bench...strange...didn't think that was possible, hehe...well..This week is DNP week. 10days with DNP and E/C
After these 10 days, I will continue without the DNP and do 100mcg Clen for 6 days, then E/C/A 25/200/125 x 4 per day for 6-7 days.

If I notice any strenght decrease I will bump my calorieintake.

Even though I on a restricted diet I tend to gain some LBM on my biceps/triceps. Therefore I eat like Crazy the day I work arms and the day after.
I have 2 eating days, one with 4000kcal, and one with 6000kcal. Have worked very nicely before.

BTW: Are U doing T3 to your DNP?? I don't think I will be needing it..I'm to affraid I will loose muscles.
 
No, I'm not going to use T3.

I've read that you shouldn't use it unless you're also on a cycle (to prevent muscle loss).

I also remember reading in an older post that 200 mg's of dnp is not enough to inhibit the thyroid.

I'm not going to be doing any cardio, and I'm also going to reduce my training volume by around 10%.
 
Day 3

Woke up at 03.00 this morning, sweating like a pig. Didn't have any energy at all, so just went to sleep again without no problems. I love this..! My stomache is "worried", but nothing I can't live with. I have noticed that when I start eating carbs, only some bread or so, I begin sweating.

Wont workout in the gym today, to affraid I will drop in BW to fast. I have a little headache, even though I drink wather like crazy. I think the E/C helps me a lot while at work. without it I probably wouldn't have any energy at all..

I think E/C is good while on DNP..

I kind of like the feeling that DNP gives me too... That is, unless I take too much and make myself misrable...
 
Hey...no energy left..My urin is yellow even though I drink wather like crazy. My eyes are also a bit yellow..I've heard this before, everything turns yellow after a while, any thoughts? Pretty scary, I'm turning into a wolf, hehe. I'm Sweating like never before, holy f**k

I took my second 200 mg dose last night, felt a little warmer about 2-3 hours later. Didn't sweat that much while I was sleeping, and I feel fine right now.

I guess I should really start feeling it with tonights dose.

I am down 4 pounds in 2 days, but I think most of it is water that I've lost from starting the eca yesterday.
 
You say you're drinking water like crazy. As in, how much? Perhaps it would be wise to invest in some v8 juice for electrolytes?

I lost count of how much water I was drinking after 8 litres (which is about 2 gallons).

I'm taking 1 can of V8 juice once a day.

I'm actually looking forward to when it really kicks in, that way I'll know it's working.
 
v8 is vegetable juice. Lots of potassium in it.

If you're drinking TONS of water you are flushing needed electrolytes out of the system.
 
Day 4

Hey! Day 4 and I feel fucked up. Sweating like..I don't know what, totally crazy. My stomache is also worried. Quiting today and will go back on again in a week or so. Have added 100mg winstrol per dag now and will do 5 days with ECA and then 5 days with Clen, then 4 days again with Dnp.
 
Just a note about V8 juice - that stuff has a lot of sodium in it and I hear you tend to retain water pretty good on DNP, esp the crystal stuff. Could you substitute potassium supps?

no need to be eating that much protein btw, try 2 g/ lb...also...
andy would u reccomend natural weights(pushups, dips, chins...) while on a dnp cycle to maint strength at all or no weight lifting period?>

How would you know how addictive crack to compare it with DNP unless you use both?

If you smoke crack then how can we take anything you say seriously?
