About 3000-3200cals. 350g protein, 350g carbs, rest fat(not much..).

Will go down to 3g protein / kg soon, and bump the carb intake to 56-57%:
Total: 3000 Cals
Protein: 1060 cals = 35.3%
Carbs: 1700 cals = 56.7%
Fat: 240 cals = 8%
Only cardio I will be doing is a walk to work each morning on an empty stomach(protein drink before walk..)(eat at work). And another walk back from work. About 30 minutes each walk.
This Is my second "cut up" week. Last week I did clen at 100mcg and lost about 1-1 ½% bf, thought It went to fast, but today I had gained (5kg)10.4lb on my bench...strange...didn't think that was possible, hehe...well..This week is DNP week. 10days with DNP and E/C
After these 10 days, I will continue without the DNP and do 100mcg Clen for 6 days, then E/C/A 25/200/125 x 4 per day for 6-7 days.
If I notice any strenght decrease I will bump my calorieintake.
Even though I on a restricted diet I tend to gain some LBM on my biceps/triceps. Therefore I eat like Crazy the day I work arms and the day after.
I have 2 eating days, one with 4000kcal, and one with 6000kcal. Have worked very nicely before.
BTW: Are U doing T3 to your DNP?? I don't think I will be needing it..I'm to affraid I will loose muscles.
