Day 15 DNP

I'm on day 15 of 300 mgs a day. This is my first low dose cycle and it has been such a revalation! I've always done 600-800 mg a day and always felt and looked like shit. On 800 mg a day my life basically had to go on "hold" while I sat in front of the fan with the AC blasting. Workouts? forget it! Doing three reps with a weight I can normally do 10-12 with just doesn't cut it! On 300 a day I have actually felt almost human. It's still damn hot and I still sweat on anything my body comes in contact with but it's not that bad. I haven't missed a workout yet but as the days go by the weights are slowly decreasing and my enthusiasm is slowly fading. I must say I have gotten greedy and done 600 mgs a day a few times when I didn't have much to do that day. And it kicked my ass every time, but by the next day things were back to normal. Aside from having a few days when I needed a nap REALLY bad it hasn't been too bad. The EXTREME carb cravings I usually have doing high dose are not there either but I've had a couple of binges. DNP + lots of carbs= extreme sweat. My goal is 21 days and it looks like I'm going to make it. Results? I've lost LOTS of bodyfat and kept the muscle. Yes I'm real flat right now but I know the difference between being depleted and having lost muscle. I lose tone of lean body mass on most diets. I almost have a soft 6-pack, had a two-pack a couple of weeks ago. DNP is the king of diet drugs. Oh yea, I'm running 700 mgs of test with this to help retain mass and 50 mcgs of T-3.

My diet has been pretty good except for the 600 mg days when I basically don't do much. I get some pretty bad cravings and cave in at times. I think part of it is that I'm not keeping busy then. Sitting in front of a fan all day not doing much but surfing is a good way to get bored and end up eating. LOTS of coffee helps with this for me, ECA works to but it's a bit much combined with the DNP. At least for me anyway.
