first four pics when i was 18 i was like 155-160 like 8-9%. The next four when i was 20 i was about 180-185 12-13%. Most recent picks im 21, 190-193 like 9-10%. fire away guys, what do you all think of my progress??

wow man! i wish i was plat, but i get the idea! looks like your lats got huge in the last year! and arms, shoulders, chest too. i cant see legs enough to comment, but they are swole in all the pics anyway

thanks alot beast! I think my legs are my best part, size wise anyways. im going to torture those fuckers on monday. it definatly pays off to stay consistant. going on 2yrs straight now (6yrs on and off).

yeah, those pics were taken right after i turned 20, so the new picks have been taken almost 1.25yrs later. Thanks alot though bro!

lol that would kinda suck if those were my results, would be a pretty sick transformation though. anyways, all kidding aside, thanks alot bro!

i know but damn, anyone suggest a good mass routine for arms? i alway close grip and always do some form of barbell curls

Good progress bro, very noticeable, at the rate you are going, you are going to be a monster before you hit 30. Just keep remembering to cycle safely bro.

Try this for arms, its the thing that made my arms grow best. Focus on the "lower head" which is really the short head, but most people call it the lower, or inner bicep. You want to isolate the medial (short head) of the brachialis muscle. One of the best exercises is a variation of a preacher curl that I do.

Most biceps exercises require some assistance and stabilization work by other muscle groups, but the preacher was designed so that you could isolate the elbow flexors. When you use the preacher, the assistance muscles are excluded from participating in the movement.

Key things to remember. Move the weight slow and controlled (if you think you are going to fast, you probably are, slow it down, and control it). From a fully extended bring the weight up half way (hold for a brief second), then slowly lower it, then.. slowly bring the weight up ALL THE WAY now. Squeeze and flex peak contraction at the top. Lower the weight again to the starting position. Count this as 1 rep. Then repeat. Up half way, down, then up full range, then down. Know what I mean by this?

Also another great exercise for bis are Close-Grip Supinated Chin-Ups. Trust me on this one. Grasp the chin-up bar with a close, supinated grip. Your palms should be facing you, and your pinky fingers should be 4 to 6 inches apart. Hang below the bar and then pull yourself up until your chin clears the bar. This movement should be done VERY slowly, on the order of about 15 seconds or so. Then, slowly lower yourself to the start position. Don't short-change yourself by not coming all the way down. Like it is for any exercise, range of motion is critical. If your arms haven't grown for a while, consider adopting this movement. It's a sure-fire mass builder. Most people dont do these variations either so it will probably be good exercises to change up with. For tris try weighted dips with drop sets.

Thanks alot Mavy! ill try that stuff out for the next 3-4 weeks. I already do something very similar, but not quite the same. I have never done chins for bis consistently though. ill try them out and let you know. As for being a monster by 30, my current goal is to be 225-230 7% by 26. I consider that monster status i guess. Thanks again bro!

Thanks alot man! I have been pretty dedicated for the past couple years and it is definatly paying off. Just need to stop slipping on my diet every once and a while and ill really get going!

lol .. by the way bro .. I dont think that your arms are a weak spot if that is why you were looking for new exercises. Never hurts to change things up though. Keep up the good work. I expect to see you re-posting these pics again at 26 with those stats! lol

I feel they are a weak spot though, they just seem to small to me. I know they look defined and have decent shape, but i see guys my size on here all the time with like 17.5-18" arms cold and it makes me furious lol! If my arms arent my weak spot, what do you suggest i focus my efforts on Mavy (besides calves, there are no pics of those for a reason lol). Anyone else with an opinion....weak spot(s)???

GREAT Progress! Really nice development on your chest & back. The legs.. dude! Your gift! Work those puppies hard. And dont' forget the calves.

Thanks sassy, and i can barely walk from yesterdays legs day :worried:. my calves suck, they will never be big, i pretty much gave up on them lol.

I don't know any guys who weigh 190 and have 18" arms cold bud. don't feel bad, your friends are lying to you if they say that.
