any of you guys use datek/ameritrade? If you don't but you online trade what do you use?

Are you looking to actively trade in the short-term, or to build long-term wealth? If it's the latter, and you're not going to be doing a lot of selling, your best bet might be:

www.buyandhold.com

...a lot cheaper, but only really good if you're not going to be churning your portfolio like crazy.

I use Ameritrade and have been very happy with it. I trade only occasionally, and only hold positions for a few days max.
