Singleton New member May 7, 2007 #6 Plenty is what, like 6-8 glasses? An athlete should take over a gallon a day. Steroids increase your need for water. An athlete on steroids needs a lot more water. Over 2 gallons, but probably less than 4. Good luck.

Click to expand... you must increase your water intake when on cycle, and if you have dark urine it is due to not enough water being taken, increase your water intake , once your urine is pale in colour, then you'll know you are drinking enough each day good luck
