dark circles under eyes???

Every now and again i get dark circles and look tired and dont feel too crash hot either.
This does not seem to because of sleep.

Could it be thyroid? Liver? I cant seem to pin it on anything. I am on superclen and it happens sometimes on this sometimes not. not sure if it is related but I dont think so.

I get those from sleeping too much. Sometimes from not enough. Could be from stress, that does it everytime.

But it can also be a deficency in iron thats what causes the racoon eyes and the bags under the eyes. my father just was told that by his doctor and he gave him a cream with iron supplements and its almost all gone now in like 2-3 weeks of useing that.

Do you also have discoloration on other parts of your face. This probably isn't it but people with pancreas problems - usually obese people who eat too much sugar - get discoloration like that.

This is usually because your body is significantly stressed. You probably do need to sleep more re: of how you feel. Being on clen or ECAs is really hard on the body. It is like running a motor hard all the time-your body needs more rest, but usually you are too wired to sleep.

You are probably dehydrated too. Clen would string you out and dehydrate you. When I get those circles it cause I need rest and am dehydrated.

You'll feel better when you stop the clen, drink more, and sleep more.
