Danny Bonaducci

it was on the yahoo front page this morning.
 
I don't like him. That was unneccesary what he did. I would have just pushed the guy off of me. What Bonaducci did was cruel and dangerous and the man ended up seriously hurt because of that. The guy was just joking around even if it was inappropriate, he meant no harm. Bonaducci caused him serious harm and enjoyed doing it.

I don't know. Bonaducci came up on the stage uninvited to start trouble. Anyway, I bet that dude never jumps on anyone else again.

I listen to Danny every morning going to work. He is an egomaniac, which he admits, but Fairplay sucks more. I like it!

On October 2, 2007, Bonaduce was in an altercation with reality-show celebrity Jonny Fairplay during the FOX Reality Channel Reality Awards. Fairplay was on stage towards the end of the Awards show and being booed by the audience, which seemed to perplex Fairplay. Bonaduce walked on stage and told Fairplay the audience reaction was "because they hate you", and then started walking off the stage without another word.

Fairplay called Bonaduce back and said something to him which the stage microphones did not pick up. Fairplay then lept into Bonaduce's arms, and straddled and humped him, allegedly as a joke - part of Fairplay's shtick. Fairplay has done this several times before without provoking either retaliation nor self defense.

Bonaduce, who stated that Fairplay's hands near his throat made him uncomfortable (even more than the fact of Fairplay having jumped on him with Fairplay's groin pressed against his chest), adjusted his balance and his grip on Fairplay and then threw him over his head. This caused Fairplay to hit the stage floor face first.

Bonaduce later stated the two had met occasionally beforehand (and Bonaduce had previously indicated a dislike of Fairplay's character due to the grandmother stunt), but they had never actually fought before. While Bonaduce did not believe Fairplay was significantly hurt at the time, TMZ.com subsequently reported that Fairplay bled significantly, lost some teeth and suffered a broken toe. Fairplay may also have struggled with firefighters and/or medics trying to assist him.

Though Fairplay pressed charges and police have opened a felony battery investigation with Bonaduce as the named suspect, Bonaduce maintains he is innocent and states he was acting in self-defense. Bonaduce also stated he expects to be sued by Fairplay and if so, will counter sue.

The incident has become an internet sensation, being featured on Yahoo.com's website and having thousands of views on YouTube in less then 24 hours.

I've never seen this Johnny Fairplay guy, but from what I saw on that video he got what he deserved. Could you imagine if he pulled a stunt like that on someone like Mike Tyson? :lmao:

I hope Bonaducci sues his ass and wins.

Yeah. He basically pushed him off. Not like he did some pro wrestling slam. I would have done the same.
