danbo - Starter Pics

Looking at some of the pictures posted recently, i look like a weed compared to most of them.

At the moment i go to the gym most weeks just on an irregular basis because i am busy. So sometimes i'll go twice a week, sometimes i'll go once and sometimes i won't go. I am going to start going regularly once the doc gives me the all clear about my arm (i think i've injured it during a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class, it clicked twice when i was getting submitted with an arm bar).

p.s. My body fat is at 17.5%, i'm 18, 5"8 and 138lb.

Any comments or criticisms are welcome.

first......... man you gotta tap quick when your training, no sense getting hurt over ego.

second..... good base, with some good training and a clean diet, your gonna pack on muscle quick.

There is a fine line with submissions, the armbar for example can be used and your oponent can have a broken arm without a few seconds of it going on, it depends how hard they put the technique on. My oponent tried this submission once and i escaped, so he tried again but did it fast so i couldn't escape, and my arm clicked a bit, lol.

I am having trouble establishing what a clean diet is if i'm going to be honest, there are so many diets out there it just confuses me.

clean..... no junk food, lots of protein and good carbs
