Damn, lost strength

I haven't worked out in 4 days, and when i tried to lift today I was weaker! My biceps look like they went down too :( All that hard work to get them a little pumped, wasted. Hope I have the will power to start over. I'm a beginner too, so I was kinda discouraged. Has this ever happened to anyone?
 
Yes it happens to me.....except the bicep thing.

Here is my list of things that give me a bad work out (partial at best...

Dehydration,
lack of sleep,
lack of carbs,
depressed state,
distractions (mental & physical),
tired,
long day,
bad warm up,
not enough time inbetween work outs,
bad recovery from last w/o.

That pretty much sums it up. Don't worry about it man. Just follow the eat alot, sleep alot rule. You'll be back. I lost 23 lbs at the beginning of this year thanks to mono. I actually rebounded fairly fast. Everyone encounters bumps during training, its those that keep going that will dominate. Good luck bro
