My cycle was posponed again. last night the building where i work was hit buy a tornado. it took the roof off my building and knocked a couple walls down. a good freind of mine was there in the building and made it out with only a slight back injury. do to the damage i will not be able to work for a while so i dont think i will be able to afford to keep my diet in line with a shitty paycheck
so i will have to wait once again to start this cycle. hows that for luck. just thought id share that.

Damn! Bro. I am just glad you and your buddy made it out.

We had a tornado wipe out about 800 homes in my town in 1996. I had 14 rental properties blown away. And just about all of my family and friends had there house blown away - Completely. Out of all of that: One child died in the town next to mine and an elderly man died from stress a couple of days later. It was amazing to drive by and see nothing but slabs, knowing people were in there and they were ok.

Hope every thing works out. And by the way, your gear can be replaced. Lives can't.
