Shags, have you talked to this dude enough to find out (in a friends kinda way) if he meets your needs?
Maybe he hits the sack early so he can get up early and lift. maybe he has a PT job after school

Discounting someone just because they are still in school seems limiting you options for action.

It's very obvious you want him in a bad way.

I did the same thing with my current wife because she was Country and I was a city boy.

I now live out in the woods with her and love it.
She likes to hit the downtown scene...
