damn husmail can't get it!!!!!!!!!!

has anyone had problem with hushmail and elite mail. i tried to get an account with both. they don't let me get it because i need a MS JAVA program or something like that. then they give me site to download the file which i did but then when i try to install it Norton Antivirus shows up and tells me that it has a virus and that i shouldn't run the program. it asks me to quarentine or erase the program, WTF. i need to get an account can anyone help me out with this it's really pissing me off!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i use AOL to connect to the internet. i don't know what IE i run(is that internet explorer).

do you know what version of Internet Explorer it is? Also, what operating system is it?

Hush and elite mail won't work on macs, so if you are using a mac, that is probably the source of your trouble. If not, I think Jimsbbc is right that it is probably your browser version.

i don't know the IE version but i'm using Windows ME.The computer is only a few months old so i think i have a current version of IE. Please help me out i need to get the account.!!! thanks for the response guys!!!

Currently there is a problem getting husmail with an AOL acct. I had the same problem..

All you have to do is logon to AOL, then minimize it all.

Then open you internet explorer. You can only access it from internet explorer..
