damn gyno

I am all natural, and have gyno. Have had it since childhood and it pisses me off. Im 6ft, 215 lbs and I estimate about 14%BF. It embarrasses me a great deal. What in the hell can I do? Im cutting right now, and losing good amounts of fat everywhere else. Any options except surgery?

Is it the hard lumps or just fatty tissue?

Yohimburn is great at reducing the fat around the nipple as I have the same problem (from birth).

seems to be just fatty tissue. I just started using yhombiburn, thermorexin, and glucocell R. I hope to get good results, as Im ashamed to even take my shirt off.

I'm with you. I have the same problem when I gain weight, Yohimburn works very well for this however, keep us updated

yohimburn didnt seem to have that great of an effect on it for me... maybe my bf was too high (13-15ish)
