Shit, i had my first weekend of drill this last weekend, holy shit am i sore as fuck. I don't leave for basic till oct. We had to do pt test, and got smoked by drill sergeants. I did 40 pushups in a min, most in my platoon, 40 situps in a min most again, and ran the mile in 7:20, which isn't to bad considering i havent ran a mile for years, and i have mild asthma. The way they hit us with nonstop this and that, im sore all over, really feel it in my groin, and calfs. We did a team relay of 100m sprints, 50m down 50 back, i just smoked EVERYONE, i ran a 11.2 100m in HS, im half temped to go to the track and get timed.
