wow, ive had the flu for 3 weeks now. I finally feel healthy again and have hit the gym twice already.
...ive lost 14 lbs! jesus christ im so weak i feel like crying. i was gradually cutting, but now im so weak and small all im doing is stuffing down food to get it back.
fuck, looks like i wont be ultra cut this summer. im gonna post pone next cycle for a month to work on getting my strength back.
my endurance is shit too, i feel like an asmatic. today i was finally able to run again as my respitory infection is almost gone.
damn, its like back to square one...but what you gonna do, quit?
Fuck that man im hitting it harder than ever. pure powerlifting routine now, fuck being lean.
