Dammit... I WANT GYNO!!!!

Before you assume I am insane, let me explain....

Whatever is going on with me, my nips look like hell. They have been puffy for as long as I can remember. Even when I get my bodyfat to 12%, they are still puffy. I can't tell if it is just the way my fat deposits itself, or if its gyno. I actually want it to be gyno, that way I can just go get the shit cut out! If I can't get true gyno surgery done, what is the comparative cost to having some sore of surgury equivalent to a breast reduction for women? (if it turns out to be just fat).

What bodyfat would I have to get down to to really tell if it is gyno or not?

I am getting a physical in a few days. Should I just ask the doc if he thinks its gyno?

The puffiness and loose shape disappear when the nipple contracts, leaving me looking pretty good. So what does that mean?

you should go under 10 %

In my opinion you should go lower on your bodyfat.
Around 9 % (real 9) should give you a noticable difference. With 12 % wich can well be 14 % (i am not saying it is 14 %, but 2 % difference is sometimes hard to notice), it is very difficult to say it is gyno or not.

Good info guys. Sounds like I may just be a fat ass. Damn, that's rough.

I very well could have been 14% when it was measured at 12%, so obviously I've never had low enough bodyfat to tell for sure.

DAMN

Common

It's very common for overly fat (hehe) people to think that they have gyno. Shit, I think that alot of doctors convince their patients that they have gyno just to operate when indeed they are just fat. Feel the tissue. If it's soft and feels just like the fat you have on your love handles then you have nothing to worry about.

Let us see

Post a pic of your gyno

Heres mine is it worse?

Don't mind the scar it's a burn from that fuckin laser hair removal oouch

I've been on a few plastic surgeon sites with pics of gyno before and after surgery, and most of the ppl having them removed are true fat-asses.

I'm sure there are true gyno that needs to be cut-out, but I am hoping if the underlying tissue feels flabby it can be dieted away.

I've been getting paranoid about my nips from all the gyno talk, but better to go down to minimum bodyfat % and see it get's better than to shell out $5k.
