doing pull-ups, 6 sets to failure, and I love it.

I'm seeing gains in places, that were neglected before... In the 6 sets, I end up doing about 10 of them, but I'm trying.

I couldn't get myself off of the floor 3 months ago...

I also did Chin-ups, and my question is, are chin-up( palms facing inward) better to do than preacher-curls?

Pullups are to the back what squats are to the legs.

Good work on trying so hard. You obviously deserve those improvements.

If your goals are primarily hypertrophy for you biceps, then I would say some direct isolation work is going to be required. Of course, they will grow if you're doing compound pulling movements. Mine do. They'll probably grow a bit more if you hit them with one or two hard sets of some type of curl. That is all you need :)

if you can do sets of 10...start adding weight w/a belt and do sets of 6 or so. i love doin sets of 6 w/45 plate.

I think he meant in total.

10 x 6 sets of pullups is quite impressive.

yeah, 10 in total.

1st set- 3( maybe a half)
then it slowly goes down after that.

In my regular routing I did preacher curls, and dumbell curls. But this last workout I did chin ups instead of the preacher curls...
