Dammit, Help Me Eat More Fat!!

i'm trying to begin running a ckd diet but can't figure out a decent way to get all the fat that i need. so far today i've eaten a two-egg cheese omelet, 4 sausage links, a couple pieces of cheddar cheese, and a six ounce steak. i've figured my totals to be around 77g fat, 97g protein, and 1 gram carb so far today. how can i get more fat without the proteins and carbs? (i need like over double that amount of fat, right?). should i just spoonfeed myself canola oil?
 
ROFL @ the title of the thread....

do the protein shake thing...drizzle salads and veg with oil...deep fry stuff if ur desperate
 
Check the EFA thread down the page..I think we covered most of the fats you'd want to take in pretty good detail.

i throw one packet of splenda in with my nighttime protein/flax shake and it makes it much more tolerable
 
I drink shots of flax right from the bottle...and use EVOO liberally on all my salads fish and chicken. Bacon rocks. PB is tasty.
 
get more of your fats from EFA's (as opposed to cheese, sausage, bacon,etc..) and you'll feel much better while on CKD
 
yeah, although cheese and walnuts have carbs in them, so you cant really eat that much of either

prot 5
fat 20
carbs 4
fiber 2

So there are some carbs in there, not much but some.

Most cheeses have carbs
You must be eating some low carb cheese from a specialty store
otherwise, it is most likely that your cheese does have carbs
