Yes again....

Well, woke up this am to find the back window of my husband's car has been smashed in!! Yay!! :sarcasm:

These fuckers just won't stop & the police here don't give a shit. The cops here are useless!! This is the 4th (?) time I think in the past year we've had something like this.....

Oh and I got a summons to appear in court for the nimrod who side-swiped my car in January. Wanna bet neither he nor the cop will show?? Hmmmm???

You obviously then don't live in an area with a lot of people who, if they died, no one would care. Lot of nuisance crime (like this) around here lately.

Lot of riff-raff, etc....I can't go into too many descriptions, cuz I couldn't be nice....
 
Yes, I'll be here for at least 3 years. I just finished the first week of my new job. I'm a system administrator for one of the Marine Corps bases here. Lot's of headaches but alot of yen too.

I think it's more that the "bad element" is filtering down to our area cuz of police concentration on the drug trafficking in the area up the hill from our neighborhood -- they're simply moving down here & the cops don't patrol our area cuz it's not considered "high risk" enough. Simply some ass nozzle looking to steal something so they can buy drugs.

We're not the only ones to have been vandalized either....
 
Jen, it sounds like it's time to install a high tech high maiming security system on your cars. This system will consist of 5' long double edged razor sharp blades that are on all 4 sides of the car. If a window is broken or a door is attempted to be opened, all 4 blades will extend fully and begin slashing wildly back and forth. Anyone within 5 feet of the car will first have their legs chopped off at about mid-shin.

How they fall afterwards depends on where the blade slices through them next. If they fall to the side, they can count on the blade gutting them from groin to neck. If they fall backwards, they will most likely escape any further slashings.

However, at this point, the maiming is not completed. Infared sensors will pinpoint where the body is at and spray it with a fast acting flesh and bone eating acid. Within an hour, the body will cease to exist, any and all traces will have disappeared.

Now, while this security system may not catch the douche bags that decide to tamper with your cars, you will know that they are being removed from the face of the earth one at a time. Pretty soon, the local hoodlums will say to each other, "fuck no man! Don't go down onto that block! Chachi went down there to smash out some car windows......he was never seen alive again!!!"

Wish they did have something like that -- that'd be cool!!

We're having a big gun issue here in the city -- the knuckleheads are gunning each other down 1 by 1.... 3 bought it on Sunday. I think they need to step it up a bit.......
 
That is really terrible. I know what you mean about the cops not caring. I had my car broken in a long time ago (differant car now) but they destroyed the dash and interior and the cops wouldnt even take prints. Its very ridiculous and not cool.

Camera maybe.....

But the street where the cars are parked is a public street. I have a motion light out front & the car was parked right under the streetlight, which is lit all night long. The motion light already goes off everytime someone walks by. And it's a 100 watt bulb, so it's very bright.

I haven't talked to my hubby yet today, so I don't know if anything was stolen. Ironically, he had just cleaned the car out yesterday. It's his company car, btw.

Wish they had something like that? Jen, with enough money and the right technology, we can MAKE something like that. The only problem is going to be the flesh and bone eating acid. We can work on that though.

You always have option 2 in this endeavor. You can have WalkingBeast (if he's even still around) crated and shipped to your house. When he gets there, put him on a long heavy chain out in front of your house, long enough that he can get to your cars. I'm sure he can chase off any local problems you may have, although I hear he's a leg humper, so be careful.
