Beats me. As crazy as it sounds the shit was on when I moved in here. It's that was 3 years ago. Oh well it was a good ass run.

Thats pretty cool that it was just there when you moved in. Sucks that you lost it though. I remember that cable boxes used to have chips inside of them that allowed free pay per view.

Yeah I could buy a box but what I'm saying is the basic shit was free too. Plus I was getting HBO to boot too.

they used to haver those box's ere too.....then they switched to digital and now they dont make those 'dodgy' box's so i have to pay for sport...and decnt porn

That sucks man. I got free cable when I moved in here two years ago. It lasted only about one year before the neighbors had a problem and the cable guy evidently "adjusted" mine. Bastard. Now I have to pay $34 a month to get networks on top of my Directv bill.

I know how comfy that free cable is. My Aunt and Uncle have been getting free cable for about 7 years. Ever since they moved into their house. They get all the basics plus HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Turner classics and a few other channels.

What really sucks is I can't do anything about it till monday and even then I'm gonna have to wait for them to hook it up. Looks like I'll be camping out at my girl's house for a while.
