Dam Michael Jackson Got Off

Regardless of if he really did what he was accused of, prosecution was unable to prove him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Too many things about the accusor/his story raised questions

So true, but I have the feeling that if one of us "average joes" were on trial, it would be time for Pelican Bay.

You must spread some Karma around before giving it to ziggyziggy again.

The LA prosecutor's office has had a hard on for Jackson for years, because they know he's guilty as sin. But they botched it and went to court with a weak case.

I think one of their big mistakes was throwing in the "conspiracy to abduct" and "imprisonment" charges. The allegation was that Michael Jackson conspired with his employees to trap and imprison the entire family - had this charge not been in there, the mother wouldn't have been as involved in the case as she was, and the child would be the only accuser. I think this charge further weakened the prosecution's case. This, and the accuser's mother's history of accusations - she also accused JC Penny security of assault. All in all, prosecution was not able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt
