I want to get to the bottom of who thinks what diet works best, there are so many out there and there is a constant debate over it and I want to know everyones opion. From the Atkins diet, to a low carb, or a low carb low fat high protien, everyone is constanly over debate and I want to know what everyone thinks to give me some helpful tips on dieting. Right now I am on a low/zero carb diet meaning I eat low carbs up unitl about 3/3:30pm then I eat no carbs [until the next day. I am on a Fina, Winny, and aratest cycle and I want to know what kind of diet people use when on a cut cycle or a bulk cycle. I'm looking more for a cut diet so be sure to include what type of diet it is.

It's not the size of the dog in the fight, It's the size of the fight in the dog!

I would personally go with a 50%protein, 30% fats and 20% carbs....Muscle glycogen is very important to keep your strength up....So I would get at least get 20% of my over all caloric intake from carbs...So you can still train at an optimal level and Burn fat at the same time...
