Ugggg I have had this lower back pain for like 1-2 months.
Im not to sure how it started but It hurts when I sit:D
especially on a hard surface... no funnies here:p

What could this be?

Thanks CC

Actually it's right where my erectors are, no I have not done any hot/cold therapy.
I think this started when I did Stiffs... never had a problem though.
I have contiuned to excersise with this pain but it's not getting any better duh.... so maybe I should lay off any excersises that require lowerback type movement.

What do you think?

i know about lower back pain - had for nearly 4 months!

sounds exactly like what u have..hurts when i sit.
my oesteopath told me i was too 'flabby' on the back of my hips - as those muscles support the lower back - bastard..made me feel like a freakin' whale!

anyway..he told me to do this exercise:
lie on ure tummy, legs together and toes pointed, raise legs using your glutes to raise and lower legs. keep your upper body still.

im gonna start doing that...hmmm..we'll see. you should try it too..tell me what you think

i have been doing them everyday sinse i wrote that to you..and there is no back pain while im doing them..so thats great! give it a go hunz..u should really feel it in your butt!

If you've had pain for 1-2 months you need to go see a doc and get an x-ray. Don't mess around with back pain bacause it can really effect the rest of your body.

i have been doing pilates for 4 weeks noiw..and both my pilates teacher and osteopath has noticed my back and butt muscles have strengthened.
i feel a lot stronger too!
it is the best for back pain..nothing better after a long day.

istill get pain, but after pilates..its much less!

give it a go i recommend it!

I have been doing the AR and the stretches but back pain still there :(

Go see a D O C T O R, so he can take X R A Y S!!!!!!! If the active recovery and other stuff is not working you could have a bona fide(sp) injury to one of your disks.
