rhino is very complex.

sugg: use photoshop to show kinad what you want.

than take at least 2 procedures to allow doc to get that result.

sure it costs more $, but it's MUCH safer having in done gradually. Then all in once, which increases the risk of getting too much taken off, or not. And then you're stuck.
