I lift @ these 24hr fitness, mockingbird & greenville, casa linda, royal & 75, and every once in a while coit & arrapaho

i either use: TELOS performance center @ Alpha and tollway or
THE GYM at Midway Road and Trinity Mills.....The Gym is much more into the heavy lifters/blue collar types/muscle heads and 'roid users. TELOS is the white collar/business man type dude.

i'm quite ashamed, i've torn my (medial ) tricep, and still want 2 keep the rest of my body in shape....... i'm thinking of doing back, legs, shoulders, bis, forearms, cardio.........................what do you think ????
