Start low, 5mg...work way up. No need to go above 10mg. If her diet is IN CHECK and she is training SMART then 10mg will be golden.

SHe can go for as long as 12 weeks, as short as 6-8. Women typically do well on low dose, longer cycle. Keep the dose constant in the body, no big peaks or valleys. Even dosing typically means less chance of sides.

Her diet awesome? Var is quite pointless unless she has a very clean diet and high protein.

How about training? She have a good lifting base?
 
hi i am jen i am the one interested in the var dose. so you are saying 10mg per day thats it for around 12 week? any need for pct. stats 5/4 22 140 diet
is getting in check i have been dieting for about 1 month very clean train with my man so he dont let me slip been training for about a year.need some advice by the way thanks for the reply.
 
START low....start at 5mg, stay there for 2-4 weeks, then go up to 10mg IF NO SIDES.

Are you aware of all the potential side effects of Var? It IS a lower "risk" steroid...but it still carries a lot of possible problems. PERMANENT problems. PLEASE read the two links I posted. Read them VERY carefully, especially the first one.

AAS is NOT something to enter into lightly.

No need for PCT.

Diet MUST stay clean and very high in protein. It MUST be in check BEFORE starting.

thank you for the reply i will read them thru very thoroughly before making any decision my goal are to get my body fat down and gain some lbm and strength.i am going to have to bump my protein intake up some tho i do not think i get enougn now.like i said my diet is very clean at this point.i am doing like 3-4 days of cardio and drinking plenty of water.thanks again for the reply by the way i will get my own handle soon.
 
With Var it is very important you eat enough protein...so make sure you do keep it up.

If you want any diet input, to help make the most of your cycle, post up a day's worth of food (with details!) and we can help tweak it.

Also, might be good idea to get BF checked pre-cycle and then trouhgout the cycle and post-cycle. That way, you get good data during the cycle to see if you should tweak anything throughout....by tracking progresss or plateaus.

Losing fat is primarily will be diet related. Var will help with gaining strength and muscle. BUT, you won't gain muscle (even on Var) without sufficient protein.

Also, keep in mind losing fat and gaining muscle is hard to do AT THE SAME TIME. Chances are, with the Var, you will do both, but to a lesser degree than if you did them separately.
