Do you guys drink coconut milk or almond milk ? I know dairy isnt good so I am now looking for a good tasty alternative.

dairy alternatives are processed

you want a tasty treat and that is the problem, you are addicted to sugar. you need to just learn to like drinking water

Much as Steve says we have issues with milk (see my own comments on lactose) I LOL at the rest of these 'milks'. Go 'milk' me an Almond FFS.

What are you trying to do with it? Drink it alone, mix a shake? I would just avoid it all together.
