As for dieting, I am dieting but have had a few splurges and plan to clean up my diet completely. I understand DNP is not a miracle drug. As I stated before, This is not my first time using DNP.

Adding an ECA stack to a DNP cycle is actually fairly common. It is used to combat the lathargy side effects.
 
This is where people screw up. They look at the scale everyday, and when it doesn't change, they up the dose. It's water retention. Drop your sodium intake, up your carb intake. Wait about 6-7 days after your last dose of DNP, then check the scale.

Thanks for the solid advice. I wasnt planning on upping the dose at all. I guess I was just confused since I didnt have this much water retention the first time around.
 
i have continued to drop weight 2 weeks after ending a "low and slow" 30 day dnp run.
 
I lost 1lb a day or about 20lbs in 20 days....I highly doubt I need it to take an additional ECA stack. I wasn't dragging at all either, as a matter of fact I even did cardio few times a week
If you have problems with DNP or lack of results just wait then slowly increase dosage. I don't think you need an ECA stack on top of the DNP....you need to be dialed in with that shit especially if you go up in dosage.

I've used DNP three times successfully.

You need a carbs, simple. They'll make you sweat but they'll enhance the effects. You need to hydrate with water alot, otherwise the DNP mithocondria depolarization is slowed down. 3L a day, minimum.

Pyruvate helps, as well as an ECA stack.
