I take all my orals on a full stomach....that's just me though. If you're going to take em 3 x a day take 1 dose am, 1 dose pre-workout, 1 dose before bed. Because of the half life of d-bol, some people do say it should be taken every 4 hours, but I've seen people get good results just taking one dose...so 3 should be fine. Are you taking it with anything else? In my opinion, D-bol only cycles are pretty much worthless (much is lost post cycle), throw some test into the mix and you'll see some good solid gains.
