D-bol ?

Should I be taking all 20 mgs before I go to the Gym, or do you have to space it out as 1 every 4 hours. Woul it be ok to take 1 at 11:00-2:00-and then 2 before the gym at 4:00:confused:

This is my cycle except Im using 20 mgs instead of

This question is going to get varied answers. Some like popping them all before work out, others space them.
In my opinion, space them out. One every four hours. Now this is where i differ from most and will probably get beat up for, but...... Take 2 pills before you go to sleep (it may cause you trouble sleeping, so try it a couple times). This will keep the dosage pretty constant through out the night so you dont have to wake up and pop another. Broken sleep sux. When the drug starts to run low in your system, guess what? it's morning, time for your next pill. You sleep while you grow. Those who pop them all before their workout do it for the rush and pump you get.
 
I just started d-bol last thursday for the first time. It is only d-bol for rightnow,andI will kick in some Primo a little later in the cycle. But I have been dividing my dosage to three times a day. When I wake up, early afternoon, and before I go to bed. I have gained about 2.5 lbs in just 5 days. :)
 
I usually pop one 5mg tab every 3-4 hours for four weeks. Keeping your body saturated with the dbol is optimal to obtain the greatest gains. But this is only from my experiences. Im sure others will differ.

bump ! this worked for me 1 1/2 to 2 hours before lifting . 2 when i woke up 3 before lifting and 3 before bed !
 
go by 2Thicks advise 2 tabs 3 times/day if you want to taper off towards the end lower it to 2 twice/day but stay on only for 6 - 8 weeks.
 
One tab every 3-4 hours is my opinion for the best gains.Waking in the middle of the night is normal for me,so I would get one in then as well.
