Can any decent gains be made with just D-bol and Winny?
I am a newbie and am still looking for an easy first cycle. I am 6'3" about 205 lbs and I am not looking to gain a ton maybe just 8-10 lbs of lean mass. The real thing I am looking for is just definition! Wanna be cut up!
Also what forms does D-bol and Winny come in (pills,etc.) and what is the easiest and safest?
If this is an alright 1st cylce can you give me a layout of how I should go about it. Or is there a better cycle I should consider?
