d-bol times.

This has got me a bit frustrated, I have searched everywere to find this answer and cant seem to find it..

ok, I am taking d-bol for my first cycle but I dont know what times i should be taking it, if it only stays in ur system for a few hours how do you keep up on this if you only take 25mgs a day....

I believe it has a 3 hour half life so do this
9am
12am
3pm
6pm
9pm

5mgs each time, that should do the trick, some like to take a double dose before they lift, i think spacing it out works great.
 
Half life is approxiamately 3.2 to 4.5 hours.

10 mg. upon rising

10 mg. 4 hrs. later

5 mg. 4 hrs. later

Before you take dbol you should at least know the half life.

Vitor97 is right, it depends on when you wake, When you train, etc.
 
I tend to divide mine up into 3 doses throughout the day. One when I wake up, my highest dose about 2 hrs before I work out, and my last about an hour before I go to bed. This is usally about 4 hrs apart. I know some people that take them all at one time and get good results that way as well. I tried it but got better results from splitting them up.
 
people usually use an injectible to obtain a consistent test rise (deca or test) along with the dbol. That way your test levels won't be dependent on something as unreliable as dianabol alone.


Also, i've heard some people just take 20-30 mg before they work out. It works for some people.
 
splitting them up is working great for me......2 in am 3 before wokout and 2 at night. plan to drop to 25mg next week! up 7 pounds since monday.......also stacking it with testen 250 @ 500mg/wk. gains are mostly fluid for now i would say. you should add a cheap injectable at least....maybe some brovel t200 would be ok if this is your first cycle! good luck:D

I see this discussion alot and the answers are pretty much on point. The half life is around 4 hours and so every four hours will produce the most stable delivery. As was also already poste though, you're much better off letting an injectable base test maintain your levels rather than the dbol. One point that I don't see mention very often, but one that long time dbol vets are well aquainted with is the necessity of taking it with food. I knoww some guys will say take it before your workout on an empty stomach for max absorbtion, but in my experienced opinion this is kind of useless. Dbol doesn't need your help to work. It doesnt need an edge. It doesn't need to be taken exactly 4 hours apart. IT DOESN'T NEED SHIT, IT JUST WORKS. The flipside is that after you use it long enough you will learn it can be quite hard on your stomach. Upset stomachs are an annoyance atleast and ulcers can be a nightmare. Do youself a favor and make protecting your stomach a priority. Your stomach needs the assitance, the dbol doesn't. Listen to me now or beleive me later. Out.
