All right bros. Here's my plan. A cutting cycle to get ready for summer. This is my first cycle since my bout with FINA, which left me infected last summer- Only my second cycle, however. Going light on the juice, light on the diet, light on the wallet, and heavy on the cardio. I'm 29yrs old. Been lifting for 2 years on and off due to injuries. 6' 200lbs @ 19%BF. Time to take off the winter weight! Goals are to drop at least 10bls of BF (need to lose more) and increase approx. 10 lbs. of LMM. It will be eggs and oatmeal/ tuna/ salad/ chicken rice & broccoli, all day every day, ‘til I get there= 2500 cals per day and 1 hour of cardio 5 times per week along with the normal lifting routine.
