d-bol stomach cramps

lindberg milk thistle or ginger root may help not for sure though. Im currently taking ginger root and it helps alot in digesting large amounts of protein.

in the middle and it makes me not want to work out but i push through it. im am also on test prop/enth and nan-deca/and test cyp. i just thought i would give it a try to see what it would do. and this is only one 5mg tab i havent even tryed to take them all day long to even get up to 20 mg a day. i do take milk thistle every day a-long with other vit/and protein. non flush niaicin and omega3 and red yeast rice extract.
 
try taking it with food but in all honesty if your not doing at least 10mg (or two tabs) I would save it. But again if you wanna keep trying it regardless then do 2 tabs with breakfast... Good Luck
