D-BOL results after 2 weeks!

I've been on D-Bol for about 2 weeks now. I've gained about 6 pounds only, and increased my strength by about 20%. I was expecting more though. I've heared so much about d-bol producing those explosive gains. I am on 30mg/day. Is it too early to be judging this stuff? and when is it supposed to kick in?

BTW, I am also on 200mg Deca, 500mg Sustanon, 300mg Primobolan.

Appreciate any input.

first it can be fake
second you hear right but Dbols should be taken with Test cause it doesn't hit right your androgenic receptors
 
I'm asking about the same question. But from all I've read on anabolic reviews the normal dossage is 50mg per day of d-bo (Reforvit B). I have however heard of people piramiding up to 200mg of reforvit B per day during a 6 week stack.
When I took reforvit B for 4 weeks I saw very small gain in weight (5lbs?) but my strength did go up by around 20%. That's my experience.
I am now taking 50mg' of reforvit B along with 500mg sesta and 400mb deca (these last two per week). On an 8week cycle. I am thinking about piramiding up to 100mg's of Reforvit though (for 1 week)
 
is has to do with receptor afinities, some grow with 10mg Winny some need 200, you need to experiment
 
Yellowbomber, it's definately not fake. I've had too many bad experiences with fake Russian D-Bol.

I'm now using Bulgarian "BIONABOL".

So basically you agree, I should have gained more right?

What should one expect?
 
i USE thai Dbols and I gain 5-8 pounds a week, this stuff you have just doesn't work right, perhaps it's your Sust, who knows

Forgot to mention that I've only been training 3 x a week for 45 minute sessions. Would this make all the difference?

I've been taking 50mg proviron daily and I don't see no water gain what so ever.

i would say you have a bunk batch. dbol will produce results in 3-5 days. after 2 weeks you should have made much greater gains. what kind of dbol are you using. some of them are said to be under dosed. so if you think you're takeing 50 mg per day you may only be taking 10mg per day.

if you are taking 5mg every 4 hours you should explode. any more than that is a waste. if you follow that and don't grow you've gotten yourself a bad batch.

after two weeks i put on about 10 pounds. naturally it's mostly water but the weight increase should be large after two weeks. i run mine with a test too but that usaully takes about 3-4 weeks to kick in with me.

what kind of dbol are you running. maybe that will answer the question as to what the problem could be.
 
yeah your pic looks good but 3-7 days and Dbols should skyrock you
 
XXXL, I am running "BIONABOL" from Bulgaria. I posted a pic further up.

I take 10mg in the morning, 10 in the afternoon and 10 1 hour before training at night.

Anyway, these are the D-Bols I used last month with 0 (ZILCHO) gains.

Could it be that I just don't respond to this stuff or need extra high dosages???

I am 5ft 10" 185lbs with 8-9% bodyfat. Beleive it or not, the most I've ever gained was 20lbs off my first cycle of Deca 200mg ONLY!! for 8 weeks.

My 2nd Cycle was deca 200mg and sustanon 250mg for 8 weeks and I actually gained less!!!

What's going on here? These d-bols can't be fake cause there from a Pharmacy!.

Just weighed myself again (June 19th). It seems I've gained another 2 pounds.

In 2 weeks and 4 days, I gained about 3 Kilograms. I think that's about 6 pounds. :fro:
 
aren't the majority of weight gains associated with dbol from water weight? isn't proviron effective at reducing water retention? if so, then i would think your gains are good @6lbs and 20% increase in strength.

It has to do with Eat / Sleep and training correctly. How intense are your workouts? 3 Times a week you may not be training properly.
 
assuming all your gear is legit, then i bet your nutrition is lacking

I eat 6 times a day. Take 30g Protein every 3 hours. Eat 4000-5000 calories/day. Eat high glycemic simple carbs straight after workout followed by a 45g protein 600 calorie shake 30 minutes later. I also take 5g of Glutamine daily along with multivitamins, extra vitamin C, and Cod-Liver Oil. But you could be right, cause sometimes I might cheat a bit, or skip breakfast.

It has to do with Eat / Sleep and training correctly. How intense are your workouts? 3 Times a week you may not be training properly.

I'm jobless so I tend to sleep from around 10-15 hours per day. My workouts are Maximum Intensity. I just started training 4 x a week for an hour each time training 2 bodyparts each training day. 3-4 exercises of 3 sets (6-10reps).

If i'm correct, basically what you are both trying to say is that my results (6lbs in 2 weeks) are shit, even though I have no water retention whatsoever. :fro:
 
If you are spacing your d-bol dosages throughout the day (every 4 hours), stop doing that and take 15mg before w/o, and then 15mg immediately afterward. When I spaced my d-bol dosages throughout the day, I didn't gain jack.....and the d-bol I had was legit too. However, if I take two larger doses right before, and then right after working out, d-bol makes me blow up! Its worth a try! :idea:
 
Bro, if you're 185lbs I'd say that you should be taking in a minimum of 300g of protien/day. From what it looks like, you're closer to 225g. I'd review your diet and go from there...
 
UUUUMMMMM...Is it just me or are you ignoring the fact that its only week 2!!!!

From what I have understood 7lbs for 2 weeks of 30mg/day d-bol without water retention is an insufficient gain!

As we speak I have now hit the scales a pound heavier since 19th June.:fro:
