First question, do you have anti-e's? If the answer is no, this is how I'd cycle your Dbol.
Week 1: 35mg
Week 2: 30mg
Week 3: 30mg
Week 4: 25mg
Week 5: 20mg
If you have Liquidex or Nolva then here ya go:
Weeks 1-5: 30mg Everyday
Also for you're benefit, take them every 4 hours, take one after your workouts, not before. And if you get up in the middle of the night to take a piss take on then too.
Be sure to have Cranberry Extract and Milk Thistle on hand and drink a ton of water. If you don't follow these basic rules of Dbol, you'll wish you were never born because your back will tighten up and you'll feel horrible. But if you listen, you should have no problem.
