AIFM or letrozole. Arimidex is not effective, generally with dbol. Aromasin can be effective with dbol, though its notably less effective than AIFM when it comes to DBOL.

AIFM really works - I am a chubby guy by nature and Dbol gave me no facial bloat this last time takig 2 pumps of AIFM daily.

arimidex is a joke. Don't know how it got so much rave in the 90's. AIFM or Aromasin for sure.
