d-bol high androgenic or low?

As you probably know people used to say d-bol is highly androgenic stuff. But more recently people have said the opposite saying its not very androgenic. What the hell is the answer!

What they are stating is that it has a weak affininty to bind the AR. Which means that it works through some different unknown mechanism. Having a weak affinity towards the AR, and being low androgenic are totally different...(low androgenic means it has little androgenic sides...like acne, oily skin, seconday sex characteristics...)

But surely if a steroid has low affinity for the AR i.e Androgen Receptor then it has low androgenity. After all how after androgenic effects mediated if not by the AR?

I don't think anyone knows what the exact mechanism is that it works through, only that it does...This is why guys will take it with something that has a real good affinity to the AR (like test or fina)
