d-bol help....

Hey guys,
ok so this is the deal; I know d-bol only cycles are frowned upon.
But that's all I have access to.
So, that being said, If I did 30mg ED for 5 weeks, what kind of gains are realistic?....
I have nolva on hand for bloat and gyno, and clomid and nolva for pct.
diet and training are in check.
Any replies are appreciated.

Nolva won't do a whole lot for bloat, you need an AI. Gains depend on stats, years training, # of cycles, and mainly diet. If you have a good diet and train right you could probably expect 10+ lean pounds.
 
yea they are frowned upon, but your prolly gonna do it anyway...soooo....you can expect some good gains from that cycle, strength will go up a ton and depending on diet you will gain some quality muscle, but a lot of bullshit water weight to go along with it...you will need to do PCT afterwards if you want to retain any of the gains you make, and even then you probably wont retain a whole lot of the gains anyway. you should run some aromasin or arimidex along with it to control the bloat
 
An oral dbol cycle is very old school 1960ish and will produce some good gains. It will stress the liver and is best used in combo with injectables such as test and deca.

You won't get a lot of encouragement here for such a cycle. However, if you are determined to go ahead ... here are my comments from real life experience:
- Try to go for 8 weeks. The stuff doesn't kick in for about 14 days. Get some more.
- No less than 25 mg p/d ... preferably 30-40.
- Drinks lot of water. If you don't, you'll get cramps and muscle tears. 12-14 ozs of "recovery" drinks including Gatoraid also work.
- Spread the tabs out over your meals so there is a constant supply hitting your system.
- You'll get a sense of well being when it kicks in. Life will be good as strength climbs and you put on inches.
- Some of the weight will be water, which you'll see in your face and abs. This water will also cushion your joints. You'll just have to tell yourself that big is big.
- Look for about 10-12 lb gain. You'll keep about 60-70%.
- Take some type of anti-e during the cycle. Some guys don't even need it, but better safe than sorry. I use amiridex, but there are good reports on others including a topical and nolva.
- Make dam sure what you have is real.
 
nolva does nothing for bloat. i noticed dbol within days of taking it, i was calm and chilled out the first dose. get aifm, aromasin, or letro. adex is not gonna be strong enough. if you keep off all the water weight you won't make as much strength gains but you will keep more of what you get. be ready to run a serious pct after that with lots of hcg and clomid. you are gonna crash real hard bro.
 
What ever happened to the 4 week on/ 4 week off "old school" cycles?

I just started 60mg/day of Dbol - mid cycle - to help me over that "plateu" mid-cycle.

it's just me, but I am feeling back pumps on the 2nd day with DBol - todays workout was DBol-intense, - the kind make you wish you "always" has that DBol-good-feelin.
 
If Im running 30mg a day is it better to take....

10mg morning
10mg afternoon
10mg before I train

or...

10mg morning
20mg before I train

or....

30mg before I train

I've felt it the first day before.

2 hours after I took a whole days dose (50mg back then)

I'm on Letro right now, but I will back off it a little bit, cause I am dry to the BONE, and a "little" water retention eases everything.

ill will update on how it goes.
so you really think arimidex isnt strong enough for d-bol.
even though works good for test?
