D-bol Dosage

I just started 4 week d-bol cycle to end with my 500test/600eq cycle. I have herd conflicitng ways of dosing D-bol.

Iam currently taking 10mgs every 8 hours. But I have herd that large dosing b4 bedtime is best cause that will aid in muscle recovery while you sleep. I have also herd high dosage an hour b4 workout.

Basically what Iam asking is which would be the best way to dose d-bol.

1) 10mgs every 8 hours.
2) 20mgs b4 work out and 10 b4 bed.
3) 10mgs b4 work out and 20 b4 bed.

in my opinion you dont want your hormone levels fluctuating. keep it as consistant as you can.. that is the best way i feel..
 
You are making it way to hard bro - unless you have some really specific physique related goal, you are making it WAY to hard, as it won't make much of a difference... at least nothig you will feel/see.

ANother thing - I weight 230+ and 20mg's of Dbol is plenty for me - as it has been for YEARS for many many pros. The doses you see here on EF were invented by inexperienced Abercrombie models...FYI.
 
shit ive been taking 50mgs of dbol cause thats they way they came, or I would probably be sticking around 20-30 mg a day, I dont think more is always better, and ya you are worring about it to much just break your doses so that your taking them every 4 hours and try to schedule it so that your not taking anything past like 7 .
 
dbol will affect u no matter how u take it dude, ur cool i use to take mine whenever id remember to hahaha but it was spaced out throughout da day, so, i would say try to space it out evenly as u can to keep blood levels constant. like every 3 if takin 50mg and they are 10mgs a piece or 5 for every 30mgs
