You need to focus more on diet and training. If you're not stuffing your face every 3 hours you're not getting enough calories.

Should you absolutely need a clean, anabolic burst get your hands on a bottle of Dermacrine and Sustain Alpha. This will be your 8 week routine:

Use 4 pumps ED of the Dermacrine until the bottle runs out; it will last at least 4 weeks. If your training is as intense as you claim it is, you should have no problem keeping gains following the Dermacrine routine.

Once the 4 weeks are over, use 4-5 pumps of Sustain Alpha daily until the bottle runs out. This will be your PCT for the Dermacrine.

I love supplementing with arginine. Take 4 grams before and after your training.

I guarantee you'll keep more of the gains with this 8 week stack than you will with 4 weeks of dbol.

When you're ready to step up your game, use the dbol to jump-start an injectable long ester test cycle.

I'm a small guy, but i have a killer-great work out regime, and awesome nutritional intake.

3 questions

1. for someone of my size, should my dosage be lower, would 20mgs a day be sufficient? (4 doses of 5mgs)

2. should i only start using anti-e if it becomes neccesary? or through-out? or post cycle? (many varying opinions)


3. POst cycle, if my workout regime is strong, and i take some lean mass weight gainers, and cre... how much of my gained mass can i expect to loose?

Heres whats gonna hook you up bro: go to your gym, sign up for personal training, learn proper form on your core lifts and get nutritional advice. Stick to that like its the 10 commandments, then do it again in 6 months. After 6 more, do your own research of diet and lift and modify again.


Read everything about ALL AAS, not just Dbol. I know you'll find something more suitable to your goals. Dbol Isn't going to do what you want it to I promise you that.

And if you're not willing to push a needle into your thigh, than your not dedicated, and therefor not ready. If you cant do that, then you won't tell your friends 'no' when they wanna drink and you need to lift.
