cytomel T3 or synthetic thyroid T-3?

is there a diffrence between these two? and if i were tryin to get cut would you recomend taking winstrol, test prop, clenbuterol, and cytomel together? if not which ones would work best together?

Cytomel is synthetic T-3. Not sure about the answers to the rest of your ??'s though.
