Cytogainer vs. Muscle Milk

For post workout or a meal replacer I'd have to go with Cytogainer, I think it has an overall better ratio of macro's

Thoughts?

Same here, I just got some. For awhile everyone was raving about Muscle Milk (still think its a good product) and I think I steered clear of Cytogainer mainly because of its name, I never really checked out its nutritional information. Its basically the same as one of my meals which I like better. I'm a little nervous to take it as PWO after 60-80g of waxy maize. I'd me taking Cytogainer around 10-11pm and that many carbs that late i'm not sure about. For PWO I might have to move my workouts to the morning.

I wouldn't take it that late unless you want a one way ticket to obeseville lol. I would use the cyto as a liquid meal early in the day. Maybe between breakfast and lunch. I have been using a shake as my second meal with good success, just not cytogainer. Since they changed MMs formula it just doesn't taste the same to me.

Waxy is the last carbs I consume PWO because of my schedule. For PWO I usually do 80g WMS/10g BCAA/5g Leucine/5g creatine mono, then 30 minutes later I have 60g Whey iso with 5 additional grams of Leucine added. An hour after the whey I usually eat a pound of steak and two cups of broccoli. Sometimes I wish I could train earlier in the day to eat more carbs PWO, but I have been recovering and adding LBM just fine doing this.
